  • 2 lb. Sausage
  • 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 C Bisquick Mix


  • Grate cheese and mix all ingredients together.
  • Knead like dough and keep mixing until thoroughly mixed.
  • Shape into small balls (whatever size you like) and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • These may be cooked and frozen.
  • Just heat and serve.
