Smoked and Sauced Pork Ribs




We think we have something pretty great when we combine our country cure methods with our bbq style smoking. We start with fresh pork ribs, trimmed to a St. Louis style, before we cure them with our best dry rub ingredients and smoke them over real hickory wood chips until they are fully cooked, tender & juicy. Next, we baste them with our classic tomato-based bbq sauce and vacuum package them to lock in the flavor and freshness. We hope you love them as much as we do!
