  • 2 lb. Clifty Farm Sausage
  • 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 C Bisquick Mix

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Grate cheese and mix all ingredients together. Knead like dough and keep mixing until thoroughly mixed. Shape into small balls (whatever size you like) and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. These may be cooked and frozen. Just heat and serve.
