Pork BBQ Tacos

Enjoy slow-smoked bbq topped with your favorite toppings as an easy to eat pork taco!

Pork BBQ Tacos
Prep Time 10 min. | Cook Time 10 min. | Total Time 20 min.


  • 1 lb. Clifty Farm Pulled Pork, add BBQ sauce
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 fresh avocado, rough chopped
  • ½ cup pickled onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle peppers, finely diced


  • Preheat oven 350.
  • Spread barbeque on a large cookie sheet.
    Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and toss gently in a bowl with lime juice, cilantro, and avocado.
  • In a large, flat skillet on medium heat, lightly toast each side of the tortilla before assembly.

Chipotle Mayo Recipe

  • Finely dice chipotle peppers
  • Mix chipotle peppers and juice with mayonnaise. Put into a squeeze bottle.


  • Build your tacos. A taco holder is helpful, but not essential to assemble.
  • Tortilla first, Add a generous serving of barbeque mixture.
  • Top with pickled onions and cheese.
  • Additional toppings to try – queso Chihuahua, diced tomatoes or roasted corn.
  • Use your imagination. Anything goes on street tacos!
  • Finish with a generous squeeze of spicy chipotle mayonnaise.
