- 2 C self-rising cornmeal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 oz. Clifty Farm cracklins
- 1 1/4 C buttermilk
Generously grease pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Measure cornmeal into bowl and gradually add buttermilk. Add beaten egg and cracklins. Pour into hot pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
