  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • grated cheese
  • Clifty Farm Shredded Country Ham

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough and separate into triangles. Place Clifty Farm Shredded Country Ham and grated cheese into each triangle. Roll triangle starting at shortest side and rolling to opposite point. Place rolls point-side down on ungreased baking sheet. Curve into crescent shape. Hot Brown Sandwich

  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 cups hot milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 lb processed cheese (chunks)
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 4 strips Clifty Farm Bacon or Country Ham (cooked)
  • Sliced chicken or turkey
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika
  • 4 pieces toast

Melt 1/3 cup butter, add onion and cook until tender. Add flour and blend to make smooth. Add milk, salt and crushed red pepper. Stir in 2 eggs well beaten, processed cheese and additional Tbsp butter. Cook until almost boiling. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat.

Arrange toast, lay chicken or turkey over it, cover with sauce, then add Clifty Farm Bacon or Country Ham, parmesan cheese and paprika. Place under broiler until sauce begins to bubble. Serve at once. Country Ham Salad

Grind:

  • 2 cups Clifty Farm Country Ham
    • (Our Boneless Cooked Ham works well in this recipe)

Mix with the ham:

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 1 cup pickle relish
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Mayonnaise to moisten

Chill and serve on lettuce or in a tomato, avocado, or peach half; or spread on toasted bread for a delicious sandwich.
